How Do I Show My Company Name in the Application's About Box/Page?

When a customer purchases a licence, only their name and email address are taken via the payment dialog.  If the purchase is made for the first time using that email address, the automated order fulfilment process creates an account in the Licensing Portal using the name and email address.  Saving a company name in the portal account is not possible during the ordering process, however can be accomplished by filling out the Set Company Name request:

This will allow the portal user to set a chosen company name on their account or remove it.  Instructions are given in the form detailing the information required and where to locate it - the Licence ID must not be divulged to anyone and should be kept safe just like the Licence Key and password.

The actions available on the form:

Set Company Name and Use With Licence Owner's Name

If you select this, the company name you specify will show in the product's about box/page after the portal account name.  e.g. if John Smith was the name in the portal account and the company name was specified as JS Enterprises then it would show as:

LICENCED TO:
John Smith (JS Enterprises)

Set Company Name and Use This Only

If you select this, the company name you specify will show in the product's about box/page and the portal account name would not be shown.  e.g. if John Smith was the name in the portal account and the company name was specified as JS Enterprises then it would show as:

LICENCED TO:
JS Enterprises

Remove Company Name

If you select this then the company name will be removed from the portal account and the licensee entry would revert back to the default appearance of showing the portal account name only:

LICENCED TO:
John Smith
